This fall, one of the most beloved young adult novels will finally be brought to life on the big screen whenMiss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Childrenhits theaters on September 30. 20th Century Foxdebuted this new preview on their YouTube page, whereRansom Riggstakes fans on a tour of the house that was used for the production in Belgium, dubbed Castile Torenhof, which the author reveals is very close to what he had imagined the house would look like. The author also reveals that directorTim Burtontook the ideas laid out in his book, and made them bigger and more vibrant. We also learn that the grounds of this house are these children’s entire lives, because if they left, they would be eaten alive by Hollowgasts, and we also see plenty of footage from the movie, including a peculiar garden where massive carrots are planted.
