When the officialComic-Conschedule was released a few weeks ago, there weren’t many details about Marvel Studios' Hall H panel on Saturday. We already knew thatDoctor StrangeandGuardians of the Galaxy 2would be part of the festivities, thanks to social media updates from directorsJames GunnandScott Derrickson, but nothing else about the panel was known. Part of the festivities included the reveal of a new logo forThor: Ragnarok, along with a unique skit put together by directorTakika Waititiand a sizzle reel.
The logo debuted onTwitter, but we’re not sure if this unique skit and will make its way online quite yet. The video is presented as a mini documentary that shows how stressed out Thor has become, and he has moved to New Zealand to become roommates with a guy named Darryl. There are scenes where Thor is talking with Bruce Banner, who is shocked that Thor hasn’t heard about what has happened between Iron Man and Captain America. We’ll be sure to keep you posted if this video surfaces online.
