“We’re still in the middle [of production on season 5], and those writers really know how to do it. They actually haven’t given us the last two episodes yet, but it’s all building. It’s really building in a way where I’m like, ‘Oh my God, what’s going to happen next?!’ I can’t wait to read those episodes.
“It’s crazy, man. It’s been seven years working on that character, and it’s crazy being in that headspace for so long. What’s great about The Boys is that it allows us to comment on what’s happening in our society in real-time. And it’s palatable because it’s within a genre that is fantasy.”
The BoysSeason 5 is currently in production. Neither showrunner Eric Kripke nor any other members of the cast have announced when the show will make its final debut.
