This season onThe Bear, Carmy is looking for calm. At least, that’s what they’re teasing in the newly released trailer for the FX and Hulu series' upcoming fourth season (which drops on August 16, 2025). We’re not sure if he’ll find it — he does work at a fine dining restaurant in Chicago, after all, and has absolutely not dealt with a lot of his issues — but we’ll certainly be seated for another course from the most stressful comedy on television. Featuring the St. Vincent song “Fast Slow Disco,” the clip tees up the potential for reconciliation, and the righting of wrongs between work families and, well, real families, too.
According to the series' official logline:
Season four finds the team pushing forward, determined not only to survive, but also to take The Bear to the next level. With new challenges around every corner, the team must adapt, adjust and overcome. The pursuit of excellence isn’t just about getting better – it’s about deciding what’s worth holding on to.

‘The Bear’ Season 4 Will See Carmy and Co. Attempting To Find Peace, At Work And Home
Aftera slightly divisive third season, fans are looking forward to returning to Carmy and Cuz’s chaotic kitchen. Filmed at least partially back-to-back with its last installment —according toThe Playlist, the cast confirmed that they didn’t film all the Season 4 episodes at the same time, as the scripts weren’t totally finished (or maybe they did a re-write after Season 3’s premiere?)— the show seems to be keeping a similar energy and pace with that previous season.
The series starsJeremy Allen Whiteas the titular Bear (a.k.a. Carmen Berzatto), andAyo Edbirias his sous chef, Sydney. Also featured on the show are Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas (whowas recently castin the newSpider-Manmovie), Abby Elliott, and Matty Matheson. And, by the looks of the clip above, we’re going to be getting moreJamie Lee Curtisthis season as well (and thank goodness for that).
