Gosling’s most recent producing credits includeThe Fall Guy,Lost River, andthe upcoming science fiction film,Project Hail Mary, based on the novel by Andy Weir.I Used to Eat Brains, Now I Eat Kalewill fall underhis newly minted General Admission label, which he started with Jessie Henderson earlier this year.

As perDeadline,I Used to Eat Brains, Now I Eat Kaleisbased on a 45-page unpublished short story written by twin brothers Adam and Daniel Cooper. They will pen the screenplay for the feature, and while plot details remain under wraps for now, the film is said to be“set in a post-apocalyptic world where zombies struggle to regenerate.”While it was reported earlier in the week that Gosling was also attached to star in the project,Deadline says that isn’t the case, and that casting decisions have yet to be made. As of now,a director has also not been chosento helm the project.

Earlier this year, he partnered with Apple Original Films executive Jessie Hendersonto start General Admission, his own production label. The duo signed a three-year first-look deal with Amazon MGM Studios, giving themfirst crack at narrative films for theatrical and streaming releases, some of which Goslingis expected to star in.

In a statement released at the time of the announcement by Courtenay Valenti, Amazon MGM Studios Head of Film, Streaming and Theatrical, she commented that“We are so thrilled that Ryan Gosling and Jessie Henderson will make Amazon MGM Studios the home of their new company, General Admission.”

The Fall Guy star Ryan Gosling has revealed details on the development of a possible sequel.
