If Ghostface were to askNeve Campbellwhat her favorite movie is, it could possibly beScream VI. Despite not reprising her role as Sidney Prescott in the fifthScreamsequel, it turns out that Campbell thinks very well of the finished project. Over the weekend, the “Scream” Queen attended Monster-Mania Con 57 at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center & Fairgrounds in Oaks, Pennsylvania. And Campbell talked about the film with the audience. Campbell said (viaYouTube):

“[I hadn’t] watched it until two weeks ago. It took me a minute… I don’t know why. But I actually… I thought they did a really good job. You know, I think the cast are really powerful, wonderful actors, and I don’t wish these movies ill-will, you know? I wanted the movie to be good. It’s not like I’m sitting in my house going, ‘I hope it sucks, I hope it doesn’t do well,’ you know?

I care about all the people involved. There’s someone at the top who only thinks about money, and that’s their prerogative. But for the rest of them, everybody else, I care about these movies being good. And I care about that for you guys, too. I know you guys love these films. So, I thought they did a great job.”
