It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything regardingMarvel’s A.K.A. Jessica Jones, ever since theofficial synopsiswas released back in early May. TodayMarvelhas released the official logo for the Netflix series, which confirms that the title has been shortened to Marvel’s Jessica Jones. The series is set to debut on Netflix later this year, but an official release date has not been given at this time.

Ever since her short-lived stint as a Super Hero ended in tragedy,Jessica Joneshas been rebuilding her personal life and career as a hot-tempered, sardonic, badass private detective in Hell’s Kitchen, New York City. Plagued by self-loathing, and a wicked case of PTSD, Jessica battles demons from within and without, using her extraordinary abilities as an unlikely champion for those in need… especially if they’re willing to cut her a check. We have already seen a number of photos from the set, but we have yet to see any official photos featuring the cast.
