This latest image comes courtesy of the movie’s Instagram, which recently confirmed the mutantX-23with a photo that debuted last month. While we don’t get too many details from this latest photo, it appears that Logan is awaiting a second round of attacks after taking down an assailant in his yard.

This photo falls in line with the mysterious nature of the previousInstagramimages, which often pose more questions than answers. We don’t get any details about who’s house this is, or whoHugh Jackman’sLoganjust slaughtered. Hopefully we’ll find out more as we get closer to the July 22, 2025 release date, which will go up against Lionsgate’sThe Shackand Open Road Films’Before the Fall.

Thefirst trailerforLogandebuted last month, which showed Wolverine squaring off against the Reavers in El Paso, Texas. Earlier Instagram photos confirmed that the story takes place in El Paso, and there had been rumors that Logan has taken a job driving a limousine, which we had seen in earlier set photos, riddled with bullet holes. DirectorJames Mangoldconfirmed this story takes place in the future, “passed the point of the epilogue ofDays Of Future Past.”

The movie will be partially based on the iconicOld Man Logancomics, with Logan (Hugh Jackman) losing his mutant healing abilities. The previous photos revealed through social media featuredStephen Merchant’s Caliban,Patrick Stewart’s Professor X and one of the Reavers, played byStephen Dunlevy. There have also been a slew of cryptic images featuring various locations around El Paso, Texas, and what is believed to be a glimpse at the comic book character Arcade.
