Fans aren’t the only ones excited aboutThe Twilight Zonereboot coming to CBS All Access. Plenty of stars want in on the action, too. Jordan Peele, who made a name for himself in the world of comedy before directing the Oscar-winning thrillerGet Out, is behind this new iteration of the classic anthology series. And some big names are getting in on the scary business being planned.
Kumail Nanjianihas just crossed over intoThe Twilight zone. The actor will star in an episode of the new CBS All Access original series. The episode is written by Alex Rubens (The Last OG,Key and Peele). Nanjiani joins previously announced host and narrator Jordan Peele and other cast members Sanaa Lathan andAdam Scott.
Nanjiani recently starred inThe Big Sick, which he co-wrote with his wife, Emily V. Gordon. The story of their real-life relationship, the film premiered at the 2017 Sundance Film Festival to rave reviews and was subsequently nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. He is also known for his role as Dinesh onHBO’s Emmy Award-winning comedy Silicon Valley.

While Kumail Nanjiani’s specific episode hasn’t been revealed, we do know that Adam Scott will be starring in an episode based on the classicNightmare at 20,0000 feet, which gets a modern reboot.
