Robin Hood

Director Michael Sarnoski has released a statement, in which he says he cannot wait to “reinvent”the story of Robin Hood, the outlaw who famously steals from the rich to give to the poor.

“It has been an incredible opportunity to reinvent and freshly innovate the story we all know of Robin Hood. Securing the perfect cast to transform the script to screen was essential. I could not be more thrilled and trusting in Hugh and Jodie to bring this story to life in a powerful and meaningful way.”

The Death of Robin Hood Is Not the Story of the Beloved Outlaw We’ve All Come to Know

Aaron Ryder and Andrew Swett, meanwhile, promised that this would not be the same Robin Hoodthat audiences are familiar with.
