WithBatman v Supermanhitting theaters in just a matter of weeks, fans will get a better idea of how Warner Bros.' DC Comics movie universe is taking shape. Shortly afterDawn of Justicedebuts, production will begin onJustice League, which will be directed byZack Snyderfrom a script byChris Terrio.Henry Cavillhit the red carpet at the Oscars last night, where he toldMTV Newshe’s already read the script for Justice League Part 1, though he wouldn’t divulge any details.

“I have. I can tell you nothing. We’re talking aboutJustice Leaguehere, so the DC Cinematic Universe is finally getting its chance to really grow in this one. I think all of the characters are fantastic, and I’m looking forward to being a part of that whole gig.”

Last week, a casting call surfaced for the upcomingJustice Leagueadventure, which listed a very surprising name as one of the producers,Mad Max: Fury RoaddirectorGeorge Miller. When asked aboutGeorge Miller’s involvement, the actor hadn’t heard if he has come aboard as a producer or not, so we’ll have to wait and see if this rumor gets confirmed. If he does come aboard, he will certainly make an interesting addition to the producing team, which includesCharles Roven,Deborah Snyder, Doug Mitchell andDan Lin.

The filmmaker came very close to getting his own version of the DC superhero team in theaters back in 2007, a failed movie that is chronicled in the upcoming documentaryMiller’s Justice League Mortal. All the main cast members were in place, and shooting was on the cusp of actually happening. But the Writers Guild strike of 2007 collapsed the project. Since that time, the script and concept art has leaked, giving fans an idea about what this may have looked like.

As forBatman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, many are wondering who will eventually win in this battle between two beloved superheroes, although most think thatBen Affleck’s Batman doesn’t stand a chance against the supernatural abilities ofHenry Cavill’s Superman. When asked about this epic battle,Henry Cavillshed some light on Superman’s love for humanity, whichBatmanmay or may not exploit in the movie. Here’s what he had to say below.

“The thing with Superman is, if it’s going to be a head-to-head fight with someone who’s human, like a real fight, all-out fight it’s a different story. You’ve got to consider Superman’s approach to everything. He loves humanity. He loves human beings and he doesn’t want to hurt them. Batman has an immediate advantage with that. You’ll see if he uses it.”

Zack Snyderand writerChris Terrioare coming back to work on bothJustice League Part 1andJustice League Part 2, which were originally rumored to be shot back-to-back, but that isn’t happening anymore.
