ActorEthan Supleeis taking things one day at a time, reminding himself of that while reflecting on his weight loss journey. On Instagram, Suplee shared a post of two images, having them serve as before-and-after photos showing the difference. Suplee previously revealed that he’s lost 250 pounds since he was at his biggest, and through his continued hard work, he now lives a much healthier lifestyle. Despite how far he’s come, however, Suplee can still feel overwhelmed with life sometimes, and that’s when he has to remember to only focus on today, and that will get him through it.
“Once upon a time, the whole world was an impossibility,” Suplee wrote on the Instagram post. “Conquering all of it is still impossible, so I’m just concentrating on today. If today becomes too much, I will focus on right now. Right now, I’m ok, I will beat right now.”
Some of Suplee’s celebrity pals also showed support, with Danielle Fishel writing in response, “THIS! Great message and thank you for reminding all of us.”

Suplee has been very open about his weight loss journey along with what he does to maintain his current physique. He speaks about it at length on his podcastAmerican Glutton, which he launched in 2020. TheMy Name Is Earlstar also revealed how the biggest inspiration he had in committing to his weight loss journey was his wife, Brandy Lewis. It goes back to before the two were married, as early in their relationship, he was frustrated that he wasn’t physically able to do as much as he wanted to with his new love.
“I became, for the first time in my life, kind of interested in the future and having experiences with her,” Suplee explained last year, viaPeople. “Like spending a day walking around a museum or going on a trip or hiking that I just wasn’t physically able to do.”

Ethan Suplee Has Come a Long Way
Suplee has said that, at his biggest, he had reached 536 pounds. After shedding around 250 pounds, Suplee would set new goals for himself to reach as well. In 2020, he revealed that he had achieved his goal of reaching 10% body fat, noting he had actually reached 9%. The next year, he announced he had reached another goal of having visible abs. Suplee shared a shirtless photo to showcase his transformation.
“Last year I set a goal ofhaving visible abs, here’s where I got to,” Suplee said.
