Players will work with Petronella Osgood and other classic characters as they get steadily closer to the truth. There is only one rule: don’t turn your back, don’t look away and don’t blink!”

“With our partners at BBC Studios, we are expanding theDoctor Whouniverse through a ground-breaking trilogy of experiences, now delivered across multiple devices and platforms. The uniting of The Thirteenth Doctor and The Tenth in Doctor Who: The Edge of Reality is set to be an epic moment in a game that completely re-imagines last year’s VR experience,” says Ian Hambleton, CEO of Maze Theory.

“The Edge of RealityandThe Lonely AssassinsbringDoctor Whoto life on console and mobile in a new and thrilling way. From saving the universe with the Thirteenth and Tenth Doctors, to bringing back the Weeping Angels, it’s going to be an exciting year and we can’t wait to reveal more!” added Kevin Jorge of BBC Studios.

It’s interesting to seeWhittaker and Tennant’s Doctorscome together for a new project, as the two were just recently voted as the most popular Doctors of them all. Tennant managed to win the No. 1 spot, though Whittaker followed very close behind. Out of 50,000 total votes, Whittaker came up short by a hundred. In any case, the two are clearly very big fan favorites amongDoctor Whofans, so Hambleton is right when he says that uniting the two will make for an “epic moment.”
