Today, the studio has debuted a new red band trailer, which is chocked full of R-rated language and sexual situations, which should be watched by viewers over the age of 18 only. This new footage proves thatRobert De Niro’s character Dick Kelly may go down as one of the most unique cinematic grandfather’s in recent memory.
The story centers on Jason Kelly (Zac Efron), who is one week away from marrying his boss' manipulative daughter (Julianne Hough), which will put him on the fast track for a partnership at the law firm. However, when the straight-laced Jason is tricked into driving his foul-mouthed grandfather, Dick (Robert De Niro), to Daytona for spring break, his pending nuptials are suddenly in jeopardy. Between riotous frat parties, bar fights, and an epic night of karaoke, Dick is on a quest to live his life to the fullest and bring Jason along for the ride.
