Paramedics responded to Perry’s home in Sherman Oaks Wednesday morning and the fire department call mentions that the actor had a stroke. A representative for Perry confirmed that he was hospitalized and says that Perry is “under observation,” but did not offer any other details. There are no further updates as of this writing.
